If you previously used a phone number to sign in, selecting Apple or Google now will create a duplicate account. To prevent this, please sign in with your phone number and link your Apple/Google accounts in your profile settings later. Once linked in your profile you can use the appropriate Apple/Google button or phone number to sign in.
